Rally Art Motorsport Prints is an internet trading name of West Wales Rally Spares.

Price & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and is a total price inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All orders are taken via our secure gateway.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

Product Descriptions, Price & Images

Rally Art Motorsport Prints make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order.

The price of the goods will be as shown on the checkout page of our website when you placed your order. We will charge you this amount. You must also pay a delivery charge for the goods as indicated on our website at the checkout page.

In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund

Images of goods on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual goods.

Rally Art Motorsport Prints will not accept responsibility / liability for representations made by a third party for products features or suitability for a particular use. (E.g. Manufacturers, magazine articles, Internet etc). Rally Art Motorsport Prints does not guarantee the accuracy of the information published on this website and will not be responsible for any damages resulting in reliance on the information contained within the site. Please check with manufacturer if full product specifications is required.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of an order being placed and/or within 7 working days of goods received. Cancellations are only accepted if the customer phones our customer services on 01559 363731 to obtain a cancellation number. A cancellation number can only be obtained before the order has been dispatched.

If your order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined below will apply and you will be issued with a RMA number. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 7 working days after the goods were received for a full credit or refund in the following circumstances:

  • Item is in new condition with original packaging
  • Item was received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item was shipped

To process your return you will need a RMA number for the goods by calling our customer services number on 01559 363731 before sending.

  • You have obtained a RMA number for the goods before sending.
  • Goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
  • Goods returned must be received in as new condition with original packaging.
  • Carriage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility.
  • Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 working days after delivery and/or goods returned without a valid RMA.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order. However, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5 – 7 working days from when the goods have been returned.

Faulty Goods
If it is agreed that the goods have been delivered faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund OR a replacement.

Please Note
All returns (except faulty goods) will be subject to a 20% restocking / admin charge. This will be subtracted from the refund amount.
