Alloy radiator for the Mk2 Pinto engine approved by FIA for the Classic series. This uses the same core as used in our Millington approved radiator so no overheating is guaranteed for ambient temperatures of 30ºC.Water pipes are 32mm. Fan mounts for Spal fan VA10 AP50C 61S.M22x1.5 sender boss fitted for fan switch.

Heat rejection figures are: 47.73Kw based on 30ºC ambient temperature, 70 MPH forward speed water flow rate, 165 LPM.

Applications

The Escort radiator is offered in a number of variations. The overall size and performance of each is similar, however

the position and size of the mounting brackets and hose connections vary between versions. We offer options for both

Mk1 & Mk2 cars, and for different power units.

General Description

Produced from a mixture of 5251 & 6082 aluminium alloy, our radiators offer the best combination of light weight and

cooling performance. Many of the versions include a hydraulically pressed top tank that closely mimics the shape of the

original copper & brass units seen on Ford RS models. We offer a fully fabricated unit for use when the series rules

allow, these are popular in European circuit events. An electric cooling fan, Spal VA10-AP50/C-61S is available for

each of the models, and is fitted to the front side. The option of satin black powder coat is also available on all pressed

top versions.
