This Ford Rocket (Type E) 4-speed heavy duty dog engagement Quaife gearbox with alloy maincase and gear lever comes with straight cut gears, in close ratios. This is only available as a complete gearbox.
This Ford Rocket (Type E) 4-speed heavy duty dog engagement Quaife gearbox with alloy maincase and gear lever, utilises the latest 4 dog, open dog face design, and runs with needle roller bearings to support free running gears.
The layshaft of this gearbox is assembled using separate gears and includes a Quaife mainshaft as a replacement for the standard Ford shaft.
This gearbox comes complete with Quaife gear lever and alloy top cover. There is a choise of input shaft lengths, and a large choice of ratios.
The maximum recommended power for this gearkit is 275bhp.
