The latest range of Lifeline range of Zero 360 car fire extinguishers are the result of extensive research and development. Novec™1230 Zero 360 represents a significant step forward in motorsport safety, convincingly passing the FIA tests conducted by the British Standards Institute and observed by the MSA. 

This series of systems has been awarded FIA homologation number EX.028.08. 

These rally packs by Lifeline offer a great way of getting your rally car kitted out with the extinguishers you'll need. The main bottle unit is  3.0 Kg with a 2kg hand held.

The extinguisher bottle in this kit weighs 3.9kg and measures 297mm long by 125mm diameter. Kit comes complete with bottle mounting bracket, 6 nozzles, 8 metres of tubing, 8 metres of heat proof sleeving, 1 Power Pack, 2 Firing Buttons, 4 T-Connectors, 1 Bulkhead fitting and Decal sheet

Dimensions for the Lifeline Zero 360 2Kg hand held fire extinguisher are 395mm total height (with handle) and 110 in diameter. This size of bottle is suitable for international FIA rally events.

Technical list 16 systems must be fitted exactly as Homologated, as displayed in the installation instructions. These systems are fitted with a 2-way (Tee) outlet, this must not be changed and ALL nozzles supplied with the kit MUST be used.
